Karmod Security Cabin for Nigeria Police

Karmod buildings, widely used as security cabins in many countries, are now being utilized by the Nigerian Police. A total of 12 watch cabins produced for the project have been delivered to Nigeria. These cabins are now operational at 12 separate police security checkpoints established by the Nigerian Police Force in the capital, Abuja.

Additionally, security cabins have been installed at the Nigeria Police Force headquarters. Officers assigned to protect the headquarters are stationed in these cabins. The structures, built using the modular polyester cabin model, were pre-produced with CPT technology at Karmod's state-of-the-art facilities. Two different sizes were selected for the security cabins used by the Nigerian Police. The 270x270 security cabins have been deployed in the busy city squares and near the headquarters, while the 150x215 guard cabins are stationed in the suburbs of Abuja.

These guard cabins, produced as prefab structures using the polyester cabin model, are among the most preferred solutions for security applications. The wall and roof panels of the Karmod security cabins are manufactured with advanced materials, providing superior insulation. Special molds are used to lay glass fiber, combined with polyester and gelcoat, to reinforce the panels. Insulation is further enhanced by injecting high-density polyurethane material between the panels through automated processes. The panels undergo heat treatment in a specialized furnace system designed for this building model, which optimizes their strength. This unique furnace ensures the raw material reactions are neutralized, maximizing the cabin panel's durability.

The polyester cabin, available in nearly thirty different sizes, excels in both interior comfort and exterior aesthetics. Its wide-angle windows on three sides provide excellent surveillance and viewing capabilities, making it an ideal choice for security operations.
